SME portfolio: save up to 30% on strategic advice.

Want to take your brand to the next level? As a small or medium-sized enterprise, you can receive financial support for consulting services with Comma through the SME portfolio. This allows you to reduce the cost of strategic advice, workshops or coaching.

How much support can you receive?

Small businesses: 30% support on the net invoice amount.
Medium-sized businesses: 20% support.
Annual support ceiling: maximum of €7,500.

Not yet registered with VLAIO?

Register your company with VLAIO via the INKOM-platform.

Identify yourself via the Flemish Government's Access Management (ACM).
Ensure you have the correct user rights via User Management (IDM).
After validation, you can manage your company data and apply for subsidies.

After registering, you can start your subsidy application:

You will receive an invoice from Comma for the consultancy services.
Submit your application online via the SME portfolio within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

--> This deadline is set by law by VLAIO and cannot be exceeded.

Payment via Pluxee (Sodexo):

Deposit your own contribution into the Pluxee account.
VLAIO will deposit their support into the same account. You will receive confirmation of this by e-mail.
Via the VLAIO website, you can instruct them to transfer the full amount to Comma.
You only pay the VAT amount directly to Comma.
