Branding with a mission: building sustainable brands
At comma, we enjoy working on sustainable business projects. Here, Corporate Social Responsibility is not a buzzword, but a verb. We are proud to note that this does not go unnoticed. For example, the previous edition of the leading magazine Business Vlaanderen featured an extensive article about our commitment to African businesses in Malawi.
Heartwarming tea for Satemwa
This collaboration came about through the non-profit organisation Exchange, which brings promising African entrepreneurs and Belgian companies into contact with each other. Satemwa is a family business with no fewer than 1,700 employees. Market research, a marketing plan and a new attractive logo should help them to achieve a stronger and more independent position in the international tea markets. The icing on the cake is the new tea brand Tiyi, with a sustainable and warm organic image.
Alinafe, the African Amazon
The Alinafe Online portal has sky-high ambitions. To reinforce this, we defined their corporate vision and mission, strategic KPIs and updated product-market matrix. A completely new business and financial plan should enable them to grow into one of the most important e-commerce players in Africa.

Opportunities for culture with Kweza
Active promotion and greater attention for cultural projects in Malawi. That is what Kweza wants to achieve. We translated this objective into a clear business strategy, meaningful communication and a well-thought-out business and financial plan. This has suddenly made Kweza's ambitions a lot more tangible and less distant.
We are delighted to have been able to contribute to these wonderful projects. In addition to being an unforgettable experience, it was also hugely enriching to immerse ourselves in the corporate culture in Malawi. It is important for comma to show that we are not only results-driven, but also want to contribute to sustainable business projects. We are therefore incredibly proud of these collaborative projects, which have led to wonderful and profitable achievements. Here in Belgium, too, we want to make our voice heard in the field of social engagement. With the launch of Karavaan, another project is already in the pipeline that aims to remove the taboo surrounding mental well-being.
