Context

Every business model contains strategic choices, but are those choices made consciously? And does everyone in the organisation understand which pillars the company is built on? The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a powerful visual model to map out the entire business model, from value proposition and customer segments to revenue streams and key activities.

In this training, participants work with their own organisation as a starting point. They critically analyse their current business model, draw connections between the nine building blocks and identify where optimisation is possible. The result: a completed Business Model Canvas as a shared strategic reference document.

Approach

  • Intake beforehand: mapping out organisational context, strategic challenges and expectations
  • 1 tailored training day for a maximum of 6 participants from the same organisation
  • A mix of theory, practical examples and direct application to your own organisation
  • All models and templates available digitally as reference material
