Challenge
The client faced the challenge of developing a new, contemporary identity while also redesigning the complete UX design UI design of their app and online digital dashboard. The goal was to create a user-friendly environment where team leaders and administrators can quickly and efficiently access all functionalities. It was essential that the user interface design perfectly matched the tasks and expectations of the target audience, ensuring the software feels not only powerful but also intuitive and clear in daily use.

Our approach
To achieve this, we organized weekly workshops in which we connected the desired functionalities with wireframes together with the client. This allowed us to test step by step whether the user flows were logical and complete. Special attention went to designing functionalities such as personal calendars and team calendars, shift change requests, availability settings, and preference management for specific days.
This iterative process resulted in a design that is not only visually attractive but also perfectly aligned with the daily needs of end users.

Results
The app and the online analytics dashboard now provide a clear structure, optimized for the specific workflows of all users. Thanks to the thoughtful user experience design and visual consistency, users enjoy intuitive navigation, faster task management, and a clear focus on what really matters. In this way, the gap between complex functionality and an accessible customer journey mapping has been completely bridged.
