Webinar - Karl Sakas

We enjoyed the zoom 'agency leadership'- session of Karl Sakas organised by our strong network Tribe Global in our 411 office.

Lessons learned:

• Quite normal: easy to be a good boss, harder to be a bad boss
• Happy to hear this one: it's harder to be a leader with a remote team than a face-to-face team. So our motto is to work on the 4 stages from tomorrow with the tools from Karl so my day-to-day involvement is needed & optional.
